IE300-IE400 Internship Reports and Document Submission

IE300 and IE400 internship reports must be uploaded to AYBUZEM by October 18, 2026.
The internship evaluation form, enclosed in a sealed envelope, must be submitted to Research Assistant Dr. Emine Nur Nacar or Research Assistant Dr. Yağmur Arıöz in Room B524 on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, between 12:30 and 15:30. Documents will not be accepted outside this date and time. Please do not contact the staff via email, WhatsApp, telephone, or other communication channels to request an alternative submission date or time.
The internship report must be prepared digitally. Only the first page of the report needs to be signed electronically (e-signature).
Students who wish to have Saturdays counted as working days must submit the “Saturday Work Certificate” (Cumartesi Çalışma Belgesi) form together with their other documents. The relevant forms are available on the department website.
All students who have completed an internship must access “Course Term Operations → Internship Application” (Ders Dönem İşlemleri → Staj Başvurusu) on OBS and complete all required fields, including their internship workplace, the internship duration as “20 working days,” the acceptance status as “Accepted” (Kabul), and the semester as “2026–2027 Fall.” Failure to complete this information will prevent grade entry in the system and result in the internship being deemed invalid.
