Değerli Uluslararası Öğrencimiz,

İkamet izni başvuru belgelerinizi teslim etmeden önce aşağıdaki hususları dikkatle incelemenizi rica ederiz.

1. Randevu Zorunluluğu

İkamet izni başvuru belgelerinin teslim edilebilmesi için ÖBYS (Öğrenci Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi) üzerinden randevu alınması zorunludur.

Randevu almadan yapılan başvurular kabul edilmeyecektir.

1. Randevu Alma İşlemi

Randevunuzu ÖBYS (Öğrenci Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi) üzerinden oluşturabilirsiniz.

Randevu sistemiyle ilgili detaylı bilgi almak veya teknik destek talebinde bulunmak için [email protected] adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.

1. Belgelerin Hazırlanması

Randevu tarihinde başvuru için gerekli tüm belgelerin eksiksiz, güncel ve talep edilen şekilde hazırlanmış olması gerekmektedir.

Eksik belge ile yapılan başvurularda işlem sürecinde gecikme yaşanabileceğini önemle hatırlatırız.

Önemli Not: Başvuru sürecinde herhangi bir aksaklık yaşamamanız için randevunuzu zamanında almanızı ve belgelerinizi randevu tarihinden önce eksiksiz olarak hazırlamanızı rica ederiz.

Before submitting your residence permit application documents, please carefully review the following information.

You are required to make an appointment through ÖBYS (Student Information Management System) before submitting your residence permit application documents.

Applications submitted without an appointment will not be accepted.
